Description

This Position will require the applicant to:

1. Possess a high school diploma (grade 12) or equivalent;
2. Possess a valid drivers license;
3. Be willing to work towards or Possess Level 3 Water Treatment as well as Level 1 Water Distribution and Level 1 Wastewater Collection and Treatment certification;
4. Will train the right person;
5. Failure to be certified to the levels noted above may result in termination of employment;
6. Have strong interpersonal, communication and public relations skills;
7. Have equipment operation experience on grader, loader, tractor and mowers with adequate mechanical skills;
8. Have ability to undertake equipment repairs and maintenance;
9. Cut grass, weed and snow removal;
10. Be willing to participate in ongoing training including education workshops;
11. Currently living or willing to relocate to a close proximity to Birch Hills;
12. Monday to Friday (7:30 am to 4:00 pm) with on-call rotation (7 out of 21 days);
13. Scope of work is not limited to the above list.
