Responsibilities:
Oversee marketing & sales activities for the association, ensuring targets are met.
Manage the sales & marketing budget by tracking & forecasting expenditures.
Organize, manage, and execute sales & marketing campaigns and efforts effectively in consultation with the CEO and staff.
Manage and maintain all marketing infrastructure, including social media channels, website, marketing automation platforms & customer databases.
Support the smooth execution of events as required.
Create marketing content and coordinate with outside suppliers as required.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
Background:
Education: A college diploma or bachelors degree in communications, marketing, business, sales or administration.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales and/or marketing with a proven ability to learn and seek opportunities.
