Great long-term opportunity with an established equipment dealership specializing in sales, rentals and service, located in East Regina.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet visitors and clients; answer and respond to telephone enquiries. Provide customer service and sales support as needed.
-General accounting in the areas of:
a) data entry accuracy is important
b) accounts payable: vendor reconciliations, issue cheques and credit card payments, and
c) accounts receivable: apply payments to customer accounts, handle deposits and collections.
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the Controller.
- Provide support to the sales team, ie. answer the sales line, back up the Sales Coordinator as needed.
As the selected candidate, you will bring:
Education: Related education/training in accounting and administration is an asset.
Experience: Previous accounting experience in A/R and A/P. Strong accounting skills are required. Experience in customer service/reception and administration.
Computer: Proficient in Excel and Word. Experience with accounting software is preferred.

Monday-Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm (40 hours/week); 1 hour lunch
