Description

Aplin has partnered with our client, an organization committed to building strong and respectful relationships with various communities while improving the lives of many, in search of a talented Corporate Communications Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance our clients brand reputation and ensure consistency in messaging. This role involves both internal communications with employees and external communications with stakeholders, media, and the public. This position will also be responsible for writing content, editing, and designing events.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
Create content for various communication channels, including press releases, corporate announcements, newsletters, and social media posts.
Manage media relations and liaising with the media as required.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Organize and coordinate corporate events, press conferences, and investor meetings.
Conduct internal and external communications campaigns to keep employees, internal and external stakeholders informed and engaged.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives using KPIs and analytics tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a communications role with experience in planning, media relations, content development, and strong writing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.
