Were looking for a reliable and trustworthy person with a strategic mindset to come on board as our temporary Member Service Representative for up to a 18-month term in our Member Contact Centre located in Regina. As a first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing excellent member service by handling various financial inquiries and requests over the phone
Your time:
-Taking incoming calls from members, building solid relationships and becoming a trusted financial partner
-Assisting members with their everyday account related activities and providing financial services advice and solutions to meet their needs
-Helping to educate our members on the value of our products and services by providing the most up-to-date and relevant financial information available
-Growing and adapting your skills and knowledge in order to consistently perform with confidence
Your experience:
-Experience working in the financial industry is considered an asset
-2 years experience working in a customer service role
-Experience in a call center environment is considered an asset
