Kindersley Playschool Inc is looking for a reliable, patient and caring individual to be our playschool teacher for the upcoming 2024-2025 year. Playschool runs from September until the end of May. Days and hours are dependent on enrollment. However in the past playschool has run Tuesday - Friday for 6 hours/day.

Salary is dependent on education and experience. Education and experience are an asset but not required.

Successful candidates need to provide a criminal record check and vulnerable sectors check.

Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Planning and preparation for instruction of 3-4 year old students.
2. Delivering instruction for 3-4 year old students that promotes social, intellectual and physical growth.
3. Communicating with families at pick up and drop off.
4. Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
5. Create a welcoming space for students and their families.
6. Work in partnership with the Kindersley Playschool board to provide field trips and visitors to the students.
7. Work in partnership with the board to create a nurturing community while reporting any problems to the board.

Valid First Aid/CPR would also be an asset.
Candidates must currently reside in Canada and be living within an hour of Kindersley at time of employment.
