Description

Supervise and coordinate ensuring efficient and effective completion of projects.
Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring proper distribution of tasks and resources.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support and guidance to the team.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
Work with others to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
Provide training and mentoring to apprentices.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Order and maintain inventory of electrical supplies and equipment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Qualifications:
Journeyperson Electrician certification required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, maintenance, and repair.
Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Proficiency with electrical testing tools and equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
