    Job duties:
    Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of the hunting lodge kitchen
    Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food
    Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
    Prepare and cook food on a regular basis for lodge guests
    Clean kitchen and work area
    Create recipes and or meal plans
    Requisition food and supplies
    Producing lots of family style food for hunters twice a day brunch and dinner for up to 20 people a day for the hinting season

Terms of employment: Seasonal Employment  Starting on September 1 to mid  November  Room and board Included

Wage: $22.00 per hour, room and board are provided for duration of employment

Language: Must be able to read, write & speak English

Location of work: Surrounding Kelvington, SK area at the rural hunting lodge location.

Skills/Requirements:

    Completion of secondary school required
    Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks OR completion of college OR other program in cooking OR food safety or several years of commercial cooking experience required
    Creative good energy person
