Little Buds Day Home is a newly licensed Daycare in Warman, seeking an assistant to work alongside with! You will assist in the development and supervision of the children in the home.
Job Details:
Collaborate with lead provider to create a safe, nurturing and positive atmosphere in the home, caring for children while implementing activities to guide and nurture growth in development, emotional and social skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
Implement creative activities to assist with child development
Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
Perform a variety of tasks and splitting workload in the home, such as crafting, feeding, cooking, cleaning, etc.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Have ECE level 1 or willingness to obtain (gov. will reimburse course tuition and top up wage when obtained)
Submitted Criminal record check
First aid/CPR (3 months to get)
Previous experience with children or other related fields is an asset but not required
Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
Positive and patient demeanor
Trustworthy and reliable
