Carefoot Farms Ltd. is a large-scale progressive grain farm located just outside Swift Current.
We are currently seeking Farm Operators and Labourers to join our team for our 2024 Harvest. These are temporary full time positions with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to sustainable farming practices.

Our ideal candidate:
Must hold a valid Class 5 drivers licence with a clean driving record, Class 1 licence is a definite asset.
Has experience operating modern equipment with a general working knowledge of equipment.
Be mechanically inclined and capable of performing equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
Ability to work independently, multitask and be efficient with their time.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks as needed and work long days during harvest.
Ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions, proficiency in English is a critical component of our operations.
Team orientated personality, has the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities:
Spray and Harvest crops.
Operate and maintain machinery and equipment.
Diagnose, perform and document repairs and routine maintenance on all equipment.
Maintain or assist in the maintenance of facilities and farm infrastructure.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
