Description

The Vice-President of Corporate Services as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and leads and manages the Finance, Accounting, Maintenance, Housing Services, Insurance, Risk Management and Information Technology areas for Jubilee Residences.  This position is also responsible for overseeing privacy services and property development within Jubilee Residences. The individual is responsible for the overall operation of portfolio services on a 24-hour basis in conjunction with the Leadership Team.  The values of the organization require that all positions support the vision and mission initiatives of Jubilee Residences.
The CFO serves as a member of the Leadership Team along with the V.P. Quality Care & Safety, Director of Human Resources, Executive Assistant and the CEO, to create decision-making structures and processes to support and work with managerial staff to promote effective and efficient operation of Eden Alternative and the Safety Management System throughout the organization.
Education:
University degree in Commerce, Accounting, Health Care Administration or related area, graduate training an asset
Chartered Professional Accounting Designation: (CA, CGA, CMA)
5-7 years post designation career with demonstrated growth in responsibilities and increased complexity of roles with recent years in a senior management position
Experience related to property development and/or health care an asset
