Position: Retail Liquor Store Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
We seek a dedicated Retail Liquor Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Saskatchewan location. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure smooth store operations, provide excellent customer service, and maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate staff. Schedule shifts and manage performance.
Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service, resolve complaints, and handle inquiries.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and rotating products. Conduct regular audits.
Sales and Merchandising: Implement merchandising standards, monitor sales performance, and execute promotional activities.
Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with provincial liquor laws and store policies. Maintain security measures.
Administrative Duties: Handle cash management, prepare sales reports, and collaborate on budgeting.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or related field is an asset.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role. Experience in a liquor store is desirable.
Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, inventory management, and basic financial skills. Knowledge of provincial liquor laws.
Personal Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, independent, team player, problem-solver, professional demeanor.
Work Environment:

Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of heavy items.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
