Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base by conducting hot and cold calls to prospective employers and arranging meetings with our business development team. This role also involves conducting follow-up calls, maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hot and cold calls to introduce our services.
Follow up with leads through second-level calls.
Arrange meetings between employers and the business development team.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers.
Collaborate on outreach strategies and maintain accurate records.
Provide progress updates to the senior business development team.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications/Additional Information:
Preferred female candidate.
Proven experience in business development or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to conduct cold and hot calls effectively.
Confidence in engaging with potential clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of immigration processes is a plus.
