In this role you will oversee, direct, and coordinate service activities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, technician efficiency, and department profitability. Responsibilities
- Lead all processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build customer relationships to foster growth
- Motivate employees through coaching/training/development
- Plan/initiate all dept functions including attraction, retention, and engagement of employees
- Work with all depts to create effective and productive team dynamics
- Manage business plan, focus on forward growth in all areas

Requirements
- Results-oriented, positive attitude, strong work ethic
- 5+ years of management experience in the ag industry
- Technical background
- Excellent communication, analytical skills
- Experience leading others to achieve results
- Knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
