Elite Property Management Ltd. is currently seeking a condominium manager.  This is a position with potential for growth.

As the successful candidate, you will be able to deliver quality customer service.  Also, you will have exceptional leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Some of your job responsibilities would include making presentations at owners meetings, obtaining quotes for seasonal work, supervising contractors, preparing annual budgets for Board approval and financial property reports, receiving resident inquiries, inspecting properties, and making recommendations with respect to maintenance issues.

A knowledge of building maintenance and/or construction background would be asset.

The successful candidate will have computer skills, an excellent command of the English language and be able to legally work in Canada.

A criminal record check, and a valid drivers license with a reliable vehicle are required.
