Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Executive Assistant to join and support our HR team in Weyburn. Reporting to the VP, HR & Org Development, the ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of complex and sensitive administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as a communication liaison within the HR department and across the organization.
Coordinate communication with Exec Management, leadership teams and external stakeholders.
Prioritize tasks, remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
Support office management and coordinate orientation events.
Assist with project management and budget oversight.
Contribute to process improvement and strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years in a senior administrative support position.
A Diploma in Business Admin, Office Admin, HR, or a related discipline.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential info.
Outstanding organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer software.
