Prairie Hospice is a non-profit,community hospice providing compassionate,end-of-life support wherever they call home. Client-centred services are delivered to Saskatoon We seek a detail-oriented Quality Specialist,someone proactive,organized,and passionate about improving,measuring and reporting org. process & outcomes. The role will be crucial in ensuring excellence in our programming.

There is a degree of schedule flexibility and opportunity to be part of a growing organization,influential in providing new ideas to attain growth.Key Responsibilities:1.Quality Improvement Implement and measure quality initiatives,using data for decision-making.Track and report outcomes 2.Volunteer Program Oversight-Recruit,conduct training audits, develop volunteer performance tools and enhance satisfaction and retention 3.Client Service-develop standards for client follow-up, audit and improve service delivery 4.Program Development & Delivery-align programs with organizational goals,implement new programs staying informed on best practices. Maintain documentation and manuals 5.Communications/External Relations-assist with stakeholder communication, draft reports and communication material 6.Leadership & Collaboration-work collaboratively and provide organizational leadership, fostering a positive work environment 7.Financial aspects - assis in developing funding plan and fundraising efforts. Qualifications-bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Experience in quality assurance, program mgtm. qualitative/mixed research, related nonprofit sector.SKILLS:strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office,ability to evaluate & modify programming & Policy.
