Aplin has partnered with our esteemed client to seek a motivated and experienced Construction Crew Supervisor and Scheduler to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily construction activities, managing crew members, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Please note, the client is open to considering candidates from Saskatoon as well.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the construction crew
Schedule and coordinate projects
Ensure quality control and assurance
Manage budgets
Communicate and report effectively
Mentor crew members
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Complete all work orders and associated paperwork
Commit to exemplary customer service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a construction crew supervisor or in a similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a project from start to finish
