Description

As the Lead Carpenter, you will:

- Project Execution, getting stuff built:
o Taking instruction and understanding project plans, blueprints, and specifications.

- Working Leadership (Work, Teach, Lead):
o Working alongside and providing guidance and direction to the construction crew.

- Quality Assurance:
o Ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

- Material Management:
o Coordinating with suppliers to order and receive materials needed for projects.

- Communication and Collaboration:
o Providing regular project updates, including progress reports and potential delays.

- Safety Compliance:
o Upholding safety standards and enforce safety protocols at the worksite.


QUALIFICATIONS

As the Lead Carpenter, you will bring:
- 5 + years of proven experience as a finishing carpenter with demonstrated expertise in commercial construction.
- Ease in working solo or as part of a team under the direction of the project leader.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
