Role: Commercial Construction Manager

As the Commercial Construction Manager, you will bring:
Project Planning and Initiation:
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and adherence to financial targets.
Schedule and Resource Management:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and identifying potential delays.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Establish quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and building codes.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
As the Commercial Construction Manager, you will bring:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, emphasizing customer service.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Construction Manager, or similar, in construction management.
- Strong time management skills, adept at prioritization and multitasking.
- Demonstrated adaptability, dependability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
