Description

The Community Engagement Coordinator supports the development and delivery of key areas in fund development including, but not limited to, donor stewardship, raffles, signature and third-party fundraising and events.

Coordinates all administration for raffles (includes inquiries, ticket fulfilment, ticket printing, data management, quotes, processing, CRM software, prizes, draws, etc.)

Serves as the primary contact for third party initiatives and supports
Engage, support, and coach stakeholders in fundraising
Provide content for web pages, emails, social media, and newsletters  

Serves as the primary contact for volunteer experience for the organization
Recruits, orientates and stewards new and existing volunteers
Ensures that volunteer opportunities are promoted both internally and externally

Support Community Engagement Manager with event logistics and fundraising actives

Looking for a self-starter with a strong propensity to manage multiple priorities.  Someone with exception verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, working knowledge of CRMs and donor systems, ability to work as a team or independently.  Experience in a not-for-profit would be an asset.
