Description

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our Starbucks team in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Job Description:
--As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the Store Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. As a team lead, you will deploy partners and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible for modeling and acting following Starbucks guiding principles and best of all, you will be part of a company that is consistently rated as a great place to work and the people here love what they do.
--40 hours per week.
--The store is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
--The usual shifts will fall between these days and times.

Qualifications & Skills:
--Supervisory experience of 1+ years.
--Experience in the Food Services Industry is preferred.
--Excellent knowledge of Starbuckss products and procedures is an asset.
--Ability to direct the work of others.
--Ability to work as part of a team
--Effective oral communication skills.
--Knowledge of the retail environment.
--Strong interpersonal skills (motivating, delegation, conflict management, respect for others, listening).
--Due to this positions sensitive nature, the successful candidate must complete a Criminal Record Check.
