This is a unique career opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to join our team. They must be a person with integrity, who is dependable, detail orientated, energetic, dynamic, and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making.
Responsibilities
-Report to the owners, responsible to lead team to achieve the company goals in accordance with the overall Business Plan
-Work with departmental leads to ensure work wear is manufactured to specifications, cost effectively, and on time
-Develop and maintain a production schedule which optimizes plant efficiency based on customer requirements and production constraints; including material forecasts, long term planning and logistics of all materials required in the manufacturing process.
-Based on Lean Manufacturing principles analyze, review and improve processes and material flow, advise and implement cost saving opportunities in all areas of procurement and production.
-Responsible for supply chain management; coordinate, negotiate, and purchase materials required for production
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or related degree or 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
-Possess the ability to prioritize, work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
-Adept at listening, communicating and collaborating with other team members at all levels within the organization  
-Willingness to learn, improve and adapt
-Possess strong computer skills and competency in MS Office applications, especially Word & Excel
-Excellent English Language
