Are you an experienced Glazier Foreman looking for a full-time position? Look no further! Thorpe Industries Ltd. is actively seeking skilled individuals to join our dynamic team.

Work Location: Prince Albert

Salary: Competitive wages starting at $30.00 per hour to $37.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects of glazing work, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, maintaining housekeeping standards, and upholding workmanship quality.
-Interpret blueprints and drawings accurately to guide glazing activities effectively.
-Prepare and submit progress reports.
-Promptly resolve work-related problems to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
-Prepare production and other relevant reports to track progress.
-Effectively coordinate and schedule activities to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a Foreman role is preferred, demonstrating leadership abilities and effective team management skills.
-Minimum of 5 years experience as a glazier in the commercial construction industry OR completion of a two-year apprenticeship program.
-Strong knowledge of the construction industry and related activities is an asset.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members, contractors, and clients.
-Hold a valid drivers license to facilitate travel to project sites and oversee operations effectively.
