This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of the future of agriculture and play a key role in the support of our Service team. In this role you will work with the Service Managers to optimize operations. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly/collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

Responsibilities
-Support Service Mgr with ops, budget, staff activities
-Ensure adequate support for day-to-day activities
-Implement processes/procedures consistently
-Build relationships with all depts
-Collaborate with suppliers for special allowances/warranties
-Mentor/coach all service teams to promote consistency/standard quality of work  
-Frequent travel to all locations in region
-Analyze regional finances to ensure meeting/exceeding goals
-Provide support with marketing initiatives  

Requirements
-5+ years as a manager of high performing Service/Branch ops
-Experience in the Ag industry
-Proven experience leading/developing/motivating others
-Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, communication skills
-Results-oriented, strong work ethic, analytical
-Positive attitude, empathetic
-Self-aware, high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
-Valid drivers licence, ability to travel & work flexible/extended hours
