Job duties
-Receive complaints, prepare investigation files, and file status reports.
Produce general correspondence, create spreadsheets with the ability to enter,
format, manipulate, and retrieve data in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide backup coverage at our reception area and support other division programs as
required to meet operational needs.
Review and processes annual deposit agent filings for compliance with the requirements
Provide administrative support to the concerned departments.
Answer phone all and queries and forward to the concerned department
Manage and order office supplies and inventory
