WRGC is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time role of 15-20 hours per week requires evening and weekend shifts. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations as well as maintain regular office hours at the main facility for interaction with parents, coaches and athletes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
-ability to work evenings and weekends (15-20 hrs/week)
-Training in Office Administration is an asset
-Knowledge of or interest in rhythmic gymnastics
-Fluency in English, spoken and written is required
-strong communication skills
-ability to work independently and as part of a team
-basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms (QuickBooks, Amilia)
