Description

Riverside Meats is a locally owned family business since 1984 located just east of Warman, SK on Mierau Road/township road 384.

We are looking for someone ambitious with or without experience, willing to train on the job.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment!
We are hiring for a full-time meat cutter starting immediately for the right candidate.
Someone who can work as a team and independently.
Opportunity to move up in the company!
Monday to Friday with opportunity for possible overtime.
Possibility of working 4 days a week 10-hour shifts!  
Wage is dependent on experience.

Qualifications
-    Own transportation
-    Hardworking
-    Fast learner
-    Must be able to lift Min 50 lbs.
-    Cleanliness
-    Must be able to read and write (English)
-    Being a team player.
-    Following instructions.

Assets would include not limited to:
-    Meat cutting experience.
-    Forklift training.
-    Food safe.
-    Customer service experience.
-    Documentation organization.
-    Packaging orders

List of duties will include but not limited to:

-    Deboning Beef and Pork.
-    Breaking and custom cutting.
-    Grinding and mixing meat.
-    Assembling and disassembling equipment.
-    Cleaning equipment and work area.
-    Completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
-    Reporting daily to manager on duty.
-    May include smoking meat.
-    Unloading and hanging carcasses (Mechanically with winch.)
-    General day to day tasks of a meat shop.
