Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Agribusiness instructor to sow the seeds of knowledge in the next generation of agribusiness business leaders in Weyburn.  

The ideal candidate will:
1. Provide instruction and facilitate interactive experiences for students in the Agribusiness Year 1 program including microeconomics, strategic marketing, org behavior, applied tech, weed & herbicide management, accounting and business math.
2. Prepare and deliver lessons, assignments, and lectures for educational purposes.
3. Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students on the required learning platform.
4. Foster a positive learning environment and support student success.  

Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate degree in Agribusiness or related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years recent and relevant working experience.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Effective instructional ability.
5. Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
6. Proficiency in computer software.
7. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
