Trig Energy Services is currently seeking a full-time Administrator to join our team, working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Our operations are based in Edam, so candidates should either reside nearby or be willing to commute. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefit packages.
Administrator Job Responsibilities:
Invoicing on quickbooks, and submitting invoices
General admin work including filing, data inputting, organizing, getting paperwork ready for jobs, etc.
Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls and supports visitors.
Accounts payable/receivable support
Bookkeeping
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
