Position Overview:
As a Commercial Roofer at Thorpe Industries Ltd., you will work under the guidance of our Crew Foremen to install various types of roof systems, including SBS, EPDM, BUR and TPO systems. You'll collaborate with a crew of dedicated workers to deliver high-quality roofing solutions. Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and trade-specific equipment is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
-Install, repair, and maintain various types of commercial roofing systems.
-Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
-Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
-Communicate effectively with team members and foreman to ensure project success.
-Adhere to project schedules and deadlines to meet client expectations.

To be considered for this position, applicants must:
-Be willing to travel to various job sites, including out of town. (out-of-town expenses covered by the company)
-Prior experience in commercial roofing is an asset, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
-Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the roofing industry.
-Demonstrate the ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings (required for certain project sites)
