1. Dealing with the store and staff according to the shift and doling out work obligations
2. Deciding the stock and product to be sold in the store
3. Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
4. Pursuing choices on the estimating of the product and offering limits or offers
5. Managing the stock quality and making a point to dispose of the terminated
6. Arranging the financial plan of the store and approving the use
7. Making installments and composing minds sake of the proprietor to the sellers and different project workers
8. Concentrating available rivalries and exploring the contenders for business development
9. Assessing the staff and business execution routinely and answering to the proprietor
10. Recruiting and terminating the staff as required
11. Managing payroll, timekeeping, and other employee-related administrative tasks
12. Creating and carrying out showcasing techniques for rivalries and development
13. Managing successfully and exploring the sellers for arrangements and building a drawn-out relationship
14. Ensuring the staff follows well-being conventions every time
15. Announcing any worries for business or staff to the proprietor

Qualifications:
1.Completion of secondary school is a must.
2.A college diploma or higher in business administration, management, economics, or other related field is preferred.
3.1 - 2 years of experience in the retail industry or a relevant role is required.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Strong leadership and team management skills.
