Description

As a cook at Fired Up Grill Food and Drink you will play a vital role in our culinary team by preparing, seasoning, cooking and baking a diverse range of Canadian dishes as will as Vietnamese delicacies. You will be responsible for creating delicious meals from our menu including such items as pizzas, pastas, lasagna, dry ribs, chicken fingers, steaks, burgers and wraps, salads, soups and Vietnamese special dishes. English language skills at least at the CLB4 level are required. Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, culinary terminology and the ability of following recognized sanitation methods are essential. Must be willing to work regular day shifts as well as evenings, weekends and holidays.
