Triod Supply (2011) LTD. is looking for a Parts Manager/Accounts Receivable person
Triod Supply (2011) LTD. is a family owned Industrial, Commercial and Agricultural supply store thats services all of Saskatchewan. We are looking for a customer focused Parts Manager to join our team. You will provide exceptional service to our customers in store, over the phone and through email. You will also oversee all aspects of the parts department and store front, driving change and business results, while also driving customer satisfaction and growth.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Tend to customer in person and over the phone.
- Manage all areas of the parts department and store front to oversee and maintain all aspects of our parts inventory and sourcing.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all incoming parts and transactions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to source and procure all parts and products needed.
- Have the ability to talk to suppliers to negotiate pricing and maintain a strong relationship with all of our all of them.
- Maintain a clean and well organized parts department and store front, including proper storage ,display and labeling of parts and products.
- Maintain proper inventory levels through out the year.
- Take and process customer payments over the phone and in person.
Assets:
- Parts department knowledge, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Willing to learn and adapt to a growing company
- Ability to think on the fly and outside the box
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of computer based P.O.S systems
- Knowledge of WordPerfect, Excel and email programs
Other:

- Full time Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
