Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Gas Bar & Convenience Store Supervisor to join our team.
Your main duties will include:
1.Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gas bar and convenience store, including supervising and coordinating the activities of retail sales staff to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
2.Managing inventory levels, ordering and stocking merchandise, and ensuring products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
3.Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
4.Training and coaching sales staff to to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
5.Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and escalating issues to senior management as needed.
6.Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
7.Operating the gas bar, including overseeing fuel deliveries, monitoring fuel levels and quality, and maintaining equipment.

Requirements:
1.Previous at least one years experience in a supervisory role in a retail environment.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
4.Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
5.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6.Cash handling experience.
7.Post-secondary education
