We are looking for a Human Resource Consultant who will assist us
1. Developing JDs, templates of Offer letter format, agreements/contracts, compensation, and motivation packaged to hire, retain, and develop employee performance
2. Develop and manage the process of hiring new employees
3. Help us hire by posting jobs, taking initial interviews, negotiating with finally selected candidates, and onboarding
4. Develop performance management tools like KPIs, SOPs
The successful candidates should have
1. Minimum 2-3 years of HR process and policy knowledge
2. Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment knowledge is highly desirable
3. Knowledge of job boards, and job postings in Canada
4. Negotiation skills
5. Knowledge of ATS like Bamboo HR, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or any other is highly desirable
Candidates within Canada with valid work permits, Canadian citizens, and permanent residents are preferred.
International Students with previous work experience of more than 5 years in this field and at least 1 year within Canada may also apply.
