GE Environmental Solutions is looking to hire field laborers to join our team in Saskatoon, SK for the upcoming work season.  Labourers must be efficient, reliable, and safety-minded.
Responsibilities and Duties
-    Assist certified technicians install geomembrane or other geosynthetic products.
-    Lift loads up to 50 lbs and navigate them safely in a shop or construction site setting.
-    Mechanical skills would be an asset.
-    Work in a team-orientated environment.
-    Install required materials on each specific job site.
-    Perform set up and clean up tasks at job sites.
-    Follow company safety policies and procedures.  
Requirements
-    Prior construction experience would be an asset.
-    Valid class 5 driver's licence a MUST.
-    Provide own means to get to and from our work sites as well as a reliable means of contact at all times, no exceptions.
-    Physically able to be on your feet 8-12 hours a day lifting and hauling loads on site.
-    Punctuality and attendance are a MUST.
-    Safety certificates would be an asset (e.g. SCOT, H2S, WHMIS, First Aid)
-    Ability to work outside and in changing weather conditions.
-    Drug and alcohol testing required.
Applicants Must be willing to spend periods of up to 21 days away from home and to travel out-of-province.  There are opportunities to move up and become a certified HDPE geomembrane installer.  This is based on work ethic, increased responsibility, eagerness to learn and move forward, and employee performance.
