We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Team Lead, Insurance to join our growing team!

Reporting to the Director, Membership, Benefits & Insurance, the Team Lead, Insurance provides strategic management of SMA Insurance administration and advisory services.  The Team Lead, Insurance creatively develops new and innovative delivery of superior member experiences through leading-edge insurance advisory services, administration, education, tools, and resources.  The Team Lead, Insurance has specialized expertise in insurance policy and administration, and keeps informed on emerging developments, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

This position is based on-site at our office in Saskatoon, SK, with a voluntary hybrid work option subject to approval under our Hybrid Work Arrangement policy.
