Job Title: Head Chef (Indian Cuisine)

Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team in creating and executing Indian-inspired menus, emphasizing quality, creativity, and presentation.
Develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
Manage food inventory, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and maintaining cost control.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the bar manager to create harmonious food and beverage pairings.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef, specializing in Indian cuisine.
In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, regional dishes, and cooking techniques.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a culinary team.
Creativity in menu development and a passion for elevating traditional flavors.
Food safety certification and familiarity with health regulations.
Proficiency in managing kitchen operations and inventory.
