We are looking for someone to provide leadership in Human Resource in a diverse number of areas such as:
Employee Acquisition & Onboarding, Coaching, Performance Management and more.
You will ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, professional standards and applicable laws and regulation;
Participate in policy reviews and update work documents;
Prepare and implement job descriptions that describe and reflect the accurate work tasks of individual positions and/or workflow within departments for new and existing positions
Oversee the performance evaluation program and ensure reviews are consistently completed in a timely manner.
Respond to employee questions and complaints
Provide support for compensation & benefits, employee wellness,
Have knowledge of Saskatchewan Employment Standards;
Other duties as assigned.
You are passionate about a career in the Human Resources and:
You have completed a bachelor or diploma in Human Resources or Business-related field;
You have 1-3 years of experience in providing advisory services in the areas of Human Resources for a construction company.
A CPHR designation or relevant experience would be an asset.
