We seek a compassionate, innovative, and ethical leader. You should be highly effective in a hands-on leadership role with a proven track record in program development, implementation, and delivery. Key responsibilities: Spearhead development, delivery and evaluation of programs; manage planning and operation of annual budget; oversee all financial and administration; secure and manage funding through partnerships, grants, fundraising; cultivate strategic relationships to advance mission; donor stewardship; work closely with Board on policy; lead and inspire staff, volunteers, clients; drive strategic planning; oversee marketing & communications; manage all aspects of meeting and event planning and hosting; strong independence and team player; collaborative and inclusive decision maker; proficient in navigating wide range of digital platforms, software application, Microsoft; leadership experience a must, education or experience in nonprofit sector a benefit; flexible, open-minded, inclusive, strategic, excellent verbal and written communication skills; analytical and problem solver; proactive, resilient; open-minded, flexible; organized; primarily work from home with regular availability for in-person meetings in Regina; Parttime 1000 hours/yr. flexibility to schedule hours with some evenings and weekends required
