Description

The La Ronge Regional Housing Authority (LRRHA) is recruiting a Maintenance Administrator to join their team immediately. This position will focus primarily on providing administrative support to the Maintenance Supervisor and general office assistance as required. If you have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and take initiative, and proven administrative skills, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Maintenance Administrator part of your role will involve responding to walk-in clients, the public, and phone calls, ensuring records are properly filed, receiving, and distributing mail, tenders, courier deliveries, and transporting shipments when required.

You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor by completing action and work orders, preparing tender documents, and entering/maintaining electronic records.  

We are looking for someone with the ability to accurately record, enter, source, and review financial information, establish, and maintain positive working relations with co-workers, contractors, and service providers. The right candidate will have the ability to multi-task, prioritize work effectively to support a busy office with competing demands, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve, manage conflict and stressful situations. Familiarity with acts and regulations affecting landlord-tenant relations (i.e. Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, the National Housing Code, the Residential Tenancies Act) are an asset.

Grade 12 or equivalent with some post-secondary education in business administration or accounting would be an asset. Knowledge and experience with Word, Outlook and Excel, an understanding of financial data and administration, ability to maintain confidentiality, recognition of, and respect for people's diversity and individual differences.

A valid driver's license, roadworthy vehicle is required.  
A Vulnerable Sector Check is required upon hire.
