Job Description

Supporting and executing the SCPP's strategic vision. Working closely with the Registrar/CEO and the rest of the executive leadership team to ensure efficient and effective operations across all departments. Exceptional project management skills, strong ability in writing and analyzing policy, preparing briefing notes, conducting research, analyzing data, supporting internal and external communications through the Communications Officer, supporting the SCPP's strategic implementation plan and successfully implementing policies, projects and programs. -    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-    Strong project management and problem solving skills
-    Proficiency in researching, drafting, and analyzing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
-    Able to fully implement a policy and or program.
-    Track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives and projects
-    Ethical leadership and human resources skills

Requirements

-    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
-    Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
-    Proven experience in strategic planning, policy development, program management, and stakeholder engagement, preferably within a regulatory or government environment.
-    Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, legislative processes, and industry trends relevant to the organization's mandate.
-    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
