Administrative Assistant - Agricultural Company
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our agricultural company. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Saskatchewan agriculture and previous office work experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day office management tasks including file management, answering phones, and handling emails.
Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Assist in drafting and updating company documents including reports, documents, and forms.
Aid the HR department in recruitment, training, and employee benefits.
Assist the finance department in processing invoices, bills, and reimbursements.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in office software such as the Microsoft Office suite.
Background in agriculture and knowledge of Canadian agriculture preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of office work experience.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
