Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented In-store Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and contribute to the success of our store.
Duties:
- Working closely with the store manager with various administrative tasks at the request of store management.
- Data entry and sales reporting, keeping track of employees and finances information, answering phones, and replying to emails.
- Monitor and order store supplies.
- Plan and confirm appointments and meetings of store manager and owner.
- Manage and record staff timesheets of payroll.
- Store, file and record store's digital files and legal documents.
- Administrative tasks such as recording sales report, following up with community regulations, keeping vendor & supliers's records.
Experience: Administrative Experience - at least 1 year
Education : College Diploma
Ability to commute/relocate : Assiniboia, SK
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 per hour, 30 hrs per week
