Job Details
Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Prepare and submit reports. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. Establish work schedules. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Ensure food service and quality control.
Ability to Supervise: 5 to 10 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Attention to detail.

Skills Requirements
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year experience in the food or retail service industry.
