Aim Transport (A division of Baytex Energy Ltd) is looking to hire a Dispatcher to join the Team in our Lloydminster office. Dispatchers play a key role to ensure success in our business. The ideal candidate is a well-organized team player who demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, well developed computer skills and is adaptable to changes and challenges throughout the day. Preference will be given to those who have experience Dispatching in the Oil and Gas industry.

-Knowledgeable in Drivers Hours of Service regulations
-Knowledgeable with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and ability to learn   Dispatching systems
-Ability to work nights for one shift each month

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Answer phone calls from Drivers, Baytex Field Operators and responding to issues
-Efficiently planning of trucks through the TMW Fuel Dispatch program.
-Maintain communication with Drivers and Baytex Field Operators throughout the day
-Confirm deliveries are being made and adjust as needed
-Hours of service management
-Night shift required once per month on a 7 day shift followed by 7 days off
-Regular office duties as required

Schedule:

-12 Hour shifts
-Schedule is rotated 7/3, 7/4, 7/7
-Rotate through 2 separate dispatching areas as required
-Day shifts are 6:00am-6:00pm.
-Night Shift is 6:00pm-6:00am

Qualifications:

-Previous Oil and Gas industry Dispatching experience preferred
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Be well Organized
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Knowledgeable or ability to quickly learn TMW Fuel dispatch program
-Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
