Duties:
Create, input, revise, and meticulously review various documents, which encompass driver logs, maintenance records, and reports related to vehicles;
Keep Track of and compile data on the company's vehicles, gas cards, and equipment;
Keep a record and compile minutes for meetings, particularly those related to vehicle maintenance, compliance, and safety protocols;
Keep a comprehensive record of vehicle maintenance, registration, and safety documents, guaranteeing that all company vehicles adhere to regulations;
Organize travel itineraries and reservations for drivers, optimizing logistical aspects and routes for long-haul transportation;
Encompassing the distribution of incoming mails and emails, along with interdepartmental communication across departments and the employer;
Manage the scheduling and confirmation of appointments and meetings for the employer;
Take charge of inventory management, encompassing the procurement and upkeep of vital supplies, including office materials and forms essential for drivers documentation;
Handle telephone inquiries and ensuring the prompt relay of messages;
May supervise and train office staff in the adept use of the company's specialized software, ensuring efficient data management and reporting;
Receives and carries out instructions from the employer to the other staff; Develop and uphold office procedures that streamline administrative tasks and promote the seamless functioning of our trucking company;
Welcome and direct visitors and drivers efficiently to the appropriate department or individual, creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
