We are seeking an Entry Level Accounting Technician. You will require accounting certification, diploma or degree in finance or accounting and will assist with data entry and reconciling accounts and various other assigned duties.

Job Description:
This position is for an entry level accounting technician, that will keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general legers, and prepare financial statements.
Accounts Payable and Receivable Working Knowledge.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work in a collaborative team environment.
Monthly Reconciliation and procedures with QuickBooks.
Generates weekly/monthly financial statements detailing status of receivable and payable statuses.
Do electronic reports and follow up with managers.
Excellent communication skills in English verbally and written.
Ability to interpret and analyze financial data/invoices/receipts.
Accountant ethics and laws.
Managing all data and company information confidential and in high regard of confidentiality.
