Applicants must have secondary school completed and work experience of minimum 1-2 years in supervisory or management related field. Candidate is expected to have good oral and written English skills. This is a permanent full-time position with minimum of 40 hours of work per week. Person should be able to work in weekends/shift or on call.
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for sandwich preparation
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
